Designed for your application

Not every machine fits a catalog part. Our engineers design slewing rings, slewing drives, pinions, gears and racks around your loads, space and production. No engineering charge.

  • Sizing, load and life calculations
  • 2D drawings and 3D STEP models for your design review
  • 1,093 slewing ring designs and 207 slewing drive configurations on file to start from

What we design

Custom rotation and motion components

Slewing ring bearings

Special diameters and sections, internal or external gearing, your bolt pattern, seals, coatings and materials for the environment.

Slewing drives

Worm drives built around your load and torque, with hydraulic or electric motors, brakes and encoders, or to mate with your own gearbox.

Pinions and gear sets

Pinions matched to the bearing gear, with keyed, splined or bolt-on bores.

Custom gears

Spur, helical, internal and worm gears, splines and sprockets made to your print or reverse engineered from a sample.

Gear racks

Racks cut to length, matched for continuous axes, with pinions to suit.

How it works

From your application to production

1

Tell us the application

Fill in the design questionnaire below: loads, speed, space and quantity, and attach a drawing or sketch if you have one.

2

Our engineers size it

Bearing, drive and gear calculations, material and heat treatment, gearing, seals and mounting.

3

Review the design

A 2D drawing and 3D STEP model for your design review, revised until it fits your machine.

4

Quote

Pricing for prototypes and production quantities.

5

Prototype and production

Standard lead time 14–16 weeks, with blanket orders and scheduled releases for production.

Design questionnaire

Only the fields marked * are required. Everything else helps us get it right the first time, and you can leave anything you do not know. It comes straight to our engineering team.

1 · About you
2 · The application

Tell us what the part does. A sentence or two is enough.

A hand sketch or a phone photo is fine. PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, JPG, PNG or ZIP.

3 · Operating conditions

Give what you have. Peak (worst-case) values matter most.

4 · Loads

If a load diagram exists, attach it below; it answers most of our questions.

5 · Space and mounting

Leave blank anything that is open.

6 · Gear and pinion
6 · Slewing drive
3 · The gear

If you have a drawing, attach it and skip what it already shows.

3 · The rack
Last step

Up to 8 MB in total across all files. For larger files, email them to us after you submit.

No engineering charge. We reply within 1–2 business days.

No engineering charge

Sizing, selection, drawings and STEP models are part of working with us. There is no charge for engineering.

Have a part number?

If you are replacing an existing bearing, the crossover tables may already have the equivalent.
