Straight racks
Ground and milled straight-tooth racks for lifting axes, gantries and handling.
Milled racks
Induction hardened, quenched & tempered or soft — DIN Q8–Q10 for cost-effective linear axes.
Pinions & gauges
Ground 16CrMo4 case-hardened pinions (Q5), milled C45 pinions, flanged pinions and installation gauges.
A grade for every axis
Ground racks (DIN quality 5–7) are CNC ground on dedicated rack grinders with induction-hardened teeth. Milled racks cover quality 8–10 for handling, lifting and long-travel axes.
- DIN 3962/3967 quality classes 5 through 10
- Ground racks and milled Q10 racks: teeth induction hardened, HRC 50–55
- Milled Q8 racks: quenched and tempered; milled Q9 and Q10 soft racks: not heat treated
